Nights Call

Cool breezes whisper,
Stars begin to glow,
The silver moon
Lights the way,
Where ancestors lay.

Aurora Borealis,
Colors blaze and play,
In the sky they dance,
Ancestral spirits’ sway.

Aurora guides the way,
A round dance in the sky,
Women flow like rivers,
Men dance with might,
Under the night’s watchful eye.

The veil is thin,
They watch over you,
Ancestors lead the way,
Whispering wisdom,
If we just listen.

Vigilant eyes watch,
The Guardians stand,
Firm and bright.
Ancient spirits, near they stay,
Protecting dreams,
Until the Sun’s rising light.

Time for sleep has come,
The night watch wakes,
Their shift’s just begun—
The vigilant owl,
The warrior, awake.

The night owl stands,
Guardian and protector,
Watching over the people,
Their hearts beat together.

Natural protector,
Fierce guardian,
The drum beats slow,
A soothing rhythm,
All hearts aglow.

The night owl stands,
The warrior, ever vigilant,
Their hearts beating
In tune with the drum.

Mother Earth tucks us in,
The Drum,
The Earth’s heartbeat,
Is heard,
Our hearts seek
The rhythm and peace.

Eyes awake,
Night owls stand guard,
Unstirred,
Their hearts beating
To the drum’s song.

During sacred nights,
Their voices reach the skies,
Connecting prayers
To spirits.

Sleep calls for all,
While wakes some,
To take the night shift run.

In the quiet night,
With stars above,
Ancient spirits whisper,
Messages of love.
Guiding and guarding,
Through the dark,
Until dawn’s first light,
Ignites the spark.

They have a message,
Just for you,
I stand watch,
So slumber deep,
Slumber in peace.

I am awaken,

I would love to hear from you!
