Tempest Born

A Breeze Softly Blowing
A gentle touch
On blackest nights
Bringing rain
Carrying life to places untold

A gust pushing boldly
Delays meant to be
The kiss of rain
Now a cooling force
Sinking deep in Mother Earth

A gale screaming
Day and night
Bringing force and might
When most needed

Razor drops of rain
Kissing the ground
Deeply
Moving it all around
All seek shelter

Against wind’s might
Wind screaming
A howl the only warning
Twisting and swirling
Change in its terrible might

Shaping the land
With force untold
Wind a soft breeze
Pushing darkness away

Uniting all
Revealing new green
Pushing up
Through the opened path

New life born
Unity as might
No longer blind and apart
United and together
As one.

I would love to hear from you!
