Stillness invades deep
Time unmoving
Heart pounding
Seeking the wind deep within
Spirit one with the wind
Change is meant
Yet stillness invades
Numb within
Confused been so long
Why now
Stillness within
An old feeling from long ago
Not welcome nor desired
Heart aches
Steps hesitant upon the path
Numbness not wanted
Grief tis needed
Yet stillness invades
The scream to act
Stronger each moment
Refusal to give in
Yet need release
Emotions to strong
Mind pushes them away
Letting numbness invade
The sun sets 
Door opens
Scream builds within
Mind locks that away
A defence

Bottles it all
